塔羅牌分為大阿爾克那（Major Arcana）和小阿爾克那（Minor Arcana）。
大阿爾克那共有 22 張牌，每張牌代表著人生中不同的重要階段和經歷，包括愚者、魔術師、女祭司、女皇、皇帝、教皇、戀人、戰車、力量、隱士、命運之輪、正義、懸吊者、死亡、節制、魔鬼、高塔、星星、月亮、太陽、審判以及世界。這些牌象徵著從新開始到完成的整個生命旅程，提供啟示及指導。
